On July 28, 2019, Royce W. Mitchell resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of ProPetro Holding Corp. (the Company), including his position as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Mitchell did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Companys operations, policies or practices.
